Overview
This course provides participants with a comprehensive knowledge of quality history, development, leaders and quality tools. Through various workshops and role-playing exercises, this course will focus on applications of quality systems, models and methodologies including excellence awards, ISO systems and optimization methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma. This interactive course will help participants apply effective quality tools to leading organizations. Participants will learn best practices on how to select, design or apply quality structures and tools in their organizations.

Methodology
This course is based on the use of workshops, role-playing exercises and group activities aimed at helping participants to understand different quality concepts and applications. It is also characterized by the application of knowledge acquired with practical experience on the use of quality tools. Different videos about quality tools and systems will be shown. As well as panel discussions and presentations to enhance participants' understanding of quality concepts.
