Overview
This course is designed to provide participants with the skills needed to manage knowledge-based projects and apply agile project management methodologies. During this interactive course, participants will learn the tools and techniques needed to manage projects using the agile practices required to pass the PMI-ACP® certification exam (Certified Practitioner)

Methodology
This course is based on the use of individual and group exercises that aim to help participants learn about all the key project management activities. It relies on the use of a number of case studies and presentations by participants followed by group discussions. In addition to the pre-test and post-test level testing.
Objectives of the session
At the end of the course, participants will be able to:
Identify agile project management frameworks, processes and methodologies, understand agile mentality and achieve desired value
Application of agile tools and techniques according to PMI standards
Engage stakeholders in the agile project by establishing an active dialogue to identify potential issues, risks and deficiencies
Explain the roles and responsibilities of each member of the team and build a high-performance team
Implement adaptive planning on a lean project that will enable the team to respond to changes effectively
Integrate continuous improvement of agile projects through process analysis and process tuning
Apply for PMI-ACP certification
Target groups
Staff looking for in-depth knowledge of agile enterprise management. The course is also designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the practices, tools and techniques used to respond effectively to changes in their project within a lean framework. Merck is appointed as a Registered Educational Resource (REP) with the Project Management Institute (PMI®). This course is equivalent to 30 units for professional development (PDU).
